1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs
500 ml whipped sweeten whipping cream

Directions:
Heat oven to 400º. Heat water and butter to rolling boil. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat about 1 minute or until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, all at one time. Drop dough by heaping teaspoon for small cream puffs or drop by heaping tablespoon to make larger ones, 3inches apart onto parchment paper covered baking sheet.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until puffed and golden. Cool away from draft. Cut in half. At this point I drizzle chocolate over tops, let chocolate dry before filling with whipped cream. If you do not wish to put chocolate on top of cream puffs then just dust with icing sugar.
Refrigerate until serving time.

These cream puffs are very easy to make. I take these to any pot luck as they are always a hit with young and old. Most time you can't stop at just one.
