Hamburger Stroganoff Recipe

8 oz bsg of noodles
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 oz fresh mushroom
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
8 oz tomato sauce
1 (10 oz can) beef broth + 1/4 cup beef broth
1 teaspoon slat
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup parmesian cheese

Cook noodles - drain
Cook onions and mushrooms in butter until tender
Add beef and brown - drain
Stir in flour - blend well
Add garlic salt, tomato sauce, beef broth, salt and pepper.
Simmer, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes
Remove from heat
Stir in sour cream
Mix noodles with meat mixture
Put in greased 2 quart casserole
Sprinkle with cheese
Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
