Ingredients:  
Bring to a boil for 3 minutes: 3 cups water and 1 cup sugar--let cool

Let thaw 2 or 3 cups (12 oz.) unsweetened pineapple juice
1 6 oz. frozen orange juice
1 6 oz. frozen lemonade

1 1/2 cups rum or vodka
2 ripe bananas

Directions:

Blend bananas and half of pineapple juice until smooth
Stir in cool syrup
Stir in remaining juices
Add rum/vodka
Freeze for 48 hours.
Stir twice each day
Fill glass 2/3 full with slush mix and add 7-Up or 50/50
