4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten
2 c. cornflakes, crushed
½ c. parmesan cheese
½ tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornflakes, parmesan cheese, cayenne pepper, and salt in ziplock bag. Crush. Dip chicken in beaten egg and crumb mixture. Place on pan. Spray with cooking spray. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until done.
