1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks, beaten
1 Tbsp. butter
dash of salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 baked pie shell
Directions:
Directions:
In a sauce pot add sugar, sifted flour and cocoa. Mix together the milk and egg yolks and add slowly to the dry ingredients while stirring. Stir constantly over medium heat until thick. Remove from heat and add butter, salt and vanilla. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with chocolate meringue and bake until golden brown.
