2 sticks butter
½ cup sugar
saltine crackers
12 oz bag MILK chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts - pecans (I omit)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350º.

2 Cover cookie sheet with foil, spray with Pam and line with saltine crackers so they touch one another.

3. On stove melt butter and bring to a slow boil.

4. Add sugar and bring to slow boil. Mixture will turn a caramel color.

5. Spoon butter and sugar mix on top of crackers. Spread evenly.

6. Bake at 350º for 10-15 minute until golden brown.

7. Remove fro the oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips.

8. Wait 3 minutes and spread chocolate evenly.

9. Sprinkle with nuts.

10. Refrigerate for 3 hours.

11. To serve, break or cut bark into cookie size pieces.

12. Refrigerate leftovers.
