1 lb. chopped ham (cooked)
1 lb sliced Roma tomatoes
1 c. heavy cream
5 large eggs (beaten)
1 1/2 c. chopped baby spinach
1 c. of shredded cheddar cheese
1 9 inch deep dish refrigerated pie crust
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375.
Add a layer of half ham to pie crust.
Top with layer of cheese then spinach.
Add remaining ham on top for next layer.
Add a layer of cheese.
Beat eggs with a whisk until well blended.
Mix eggs, cream, salt & pepper carefully.
Then pour over top of layered pie.
Bake for 35-45 minutes until egg mixture is golden brown on top.
Add sliced Roma Tomatoes to cooked pie.
Cut into wedges and serve warm.
