2 pounds stew meat, browned
1 onion, chopped
8 ounce can tomato sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 jalapeņo peppers, chopped (and seeded)

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a crockpot, plus a little salt and pepper to taste. Cover; cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Personal Notes:
For less heat in this chili, seed the jalapenos before chopping. Leaving them in will turn up the heat. You can add beans if you like, Texans usually don't.
