4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 c. warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, vanilla, sugar in large mixing bowl until creamy on high speed. Gradually add dry ingredients on low speed until blended. Gradually add warm water on low speed. Bake in 9 x 13 loaf pan lined with waxed paper. Bake at 350 for 40 min or until toothpick comes out clean. After cake is done, take a table knife and go around the edges to loosen. Flip upside down onto a powdered sugar surface with no corona virus (says Avery in 2020). Then, carefully pull waxed paper off of bottom so cake can cool
