1 pt Strawberry or Raspberry Sorbet
1 pt Mango Sorbet
1 pt Lime Sorbet
1 6oz ready-to-fill Shortbread Crumb Crust (reserve plastic lid)
2 c Frozen Whipped Topping, thawed
Garnish: Raspberries and cut up fresh fruit

To make the sorbet spreadable, microwave one (1) pint at a time on defrost or medium-low for 5-10 seconds. Let stand three (3) minutes, or until soft, but not melting (if too soft, return to freezer briefly).

Layer sorbets in crust in order preferred. Cover with reserved lid and freeze at least 6 hours or up to one (1) week.

About 30 minutes before serving: Remove pie from pan (it should life out easily) and place on serving plate. Spread with thawed whipped topping leaving a band of sorbet showing. Garnish with fruit, if desired. Refrigerate until serving.
