Meatball Ingredients

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 lbs Lean Ground Beef
1 c Italian Progresso Bread Crumbs
½ c Milk
4 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
½ c Onion, finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325ºF and lightly grease cookie sheet. Mix meatball ingredients. Roll meatballs into the diameter of a quarter and place on cookie sheet. (They can be close because they do not expand.) Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes. Split one (1) to see if they need an additional five (5) minutes.

As the meatballs bake, combine sauce ingredients. Cook the sauce for at least 30 minutes. When the meatballs are cooked, place them, without getting grease or meat juices from cookie sheet, in the sauce. It is best to serve meatballs in a Crock Pot so they stay hot.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all sauce ingredients keeping in mind that you can add more or less grape jelly, Liquid Smoke, and brown sugar according to your liking. The taste of the sauce will be most accurate after it has cooked for at least 15 minutes.
