Ingredients: Sauce 3/4 cup catsup 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup cider vinegar 2 T brown sugar 1 tablespoon minced onion 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp dry mustard 1/4 tsp pepper 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Ingredients for meatballs 3/4 cup ground beef 3/4 cup fine bread crumbs 2 beaten eggs 1 1/2 Tablespoon minced onion 3/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp horseradish (optional)

Directions: |
Directions:Mix salt and pepper together and sprinkle over ingredients for meat balls. Shape into 3/4 " diameter meatballs. Brown in hot butter in skillet. This takes some time to do it carefully Pour off excess fat Add sauce Cover and cook 10 minutes OR put in crock pot and cook on low for several hours. |

Notes: This became a family favorite and anytime I share this meal, it becomes a favorite with everyone. It takes time to cook the meatballs and make them perfect. This is part of the magic.
