Personal Notes:
Granny was the master of pudding. I've never had the patience for it, and have never made it quite as well as she did. This recipe makes delicious pies - just go a little heavy on the flour to thicken it nicely.
As a young girl, granny would make this pudding whenever I felt down. Love the smell and a favorite, along with butterscotch, chocolate, coconut cream. Granny loved to make pudding.
Brenda's notes. Mom made pudding for everything. I am still addicted to coconut cream pudding and pie. It seemed so many of our dinners were made complete with pudding.
Another favorite of mine is tapioca and custard.
