Crust:
2¼ cups flour
¼ cup + 2 tbsp packed brown sugar
¼ cup + 2 tbsp powdered sugar
¼ tsp salt
1 cup + 2 tbsp cold butter, cut into pieces

Filling:
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp + 1 tsp cornstarch
6 large peaches, peeled and chopped, about 6 cups
2 tbsp lemon juice

Topping:
1 cup flour
⅔ cup brown sugar
⅔ cup cold butter, cut into pieces
⅔ cup chopped toasted hazelnuts
½p shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Line a 13" x 9" baking pan with foil, extending foil over edges, coat well with nonstick cooking spray.

In a bowl, stir together flour, brown sugar, powdered sugar and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; press into bottom of prepared pan. Bake 15 minutes
