1 large box lime or orange jello
l large can crushed pineapple, drained partially
1 package minature marshmellows
1 8 - oz. pkg. sour cream
Shredded cheddar cheese as desired

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in 3 1/2 cups of boiling water.
Immediately add pineapple and marshmellows.
Cover and let set overnight.
Next morning, spread sour cream over top and sprinkle with cheese.

Can serve on lettuce leaf.
