1 Box of French Vanilla cake mix - Prepare as per box instructions
1 Tbsp Almond Extract
Bake in 3 8" round pans

2 oz sliced almonds (To toast bake at 350º 10-15 min)

Cream Frosting
1 pint heavy cream
1 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
1 cup white sugar
⅛ tsp salt
1 tsp almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix cake mix and almond extract and divide evenly into 3 cake pans. Bake cakes 350º- They cook very quickly (like 10-12 min) since they are split amongst 3 pans. Let cool

2. Whip 1 pint heavy cram until soft peaks form (refrigerate).

3. Cream together cream cheese, sugar, salt, almond extract.

4. Fold in Cream mixture to whip cream gently.

5. Assemble cake - cake, cream frosting, sprinkle with almonds. Finish frosting rest of cake and sprinkle with remaining almonds.

6. Keep cake refrigerated.
