1lb Penne
2C Chopped cooked chicken breast
1C Milk
8oz Cream Cheese
2tbs Minced Onion
2C Swiss Shredded Cheese

1C Panko Crumbs
C butter

Salt, pepper and Cayenne Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil pasta al dente s box says. Add chicken and toss.
*Preheat broiler*
In a large skillet combine the milk, cream cheese and minced onion over low-medium heat. Stirring freqeuntly until smooth. Stir in pasta and add the swiss cheese, salt'n'pepa for flavoring. Transfer to a baking dish. Top with panko crumbs and drizzle with butter. Broil until toasty!

I like to mix the panko and butter together before I top the pasta with it. I have also added broccoli.
