5 cups heavy cream
¾ cup egg yolks
1⅓ cups sugar
4 teaspons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cream until bubbles form around the edges. Combine egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla; beat. Add hot cream. Slowly stir to combine. Strain. Cook in greased dishes with ¾" water at bottom of pan.

Bake at 300ºF until slightly firm.
