2 cups sugar
1 cup water
2 T. peppers, chopped
2 T. pimento
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. cornstarch mixed with 2 T. water
2 tsp. paprika
1 can chunk pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, peppers, water, pimento and salt in a saucepan. Simmer 5 minutes. Mix 4 tsp. cornstarch with 2 T. water. Add to the hot mixture. Cook and stir well until thick. Add 2 tsp. paprika, and a small can of drained chunk pineapple.
