Ingredients: 1 pkg. (8 oz) Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened 3 cups cold milk 2 pkg. (3.4 oz each) Jell-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding 1-2 Tubs (8 oz) Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed 1 box of Nilla Wafers 1/2 cup brewed strong Maxwell House coffee, cooled, divided (optional) 1 pkg. Semi-sweet chocolate chips, coarsely grated 1 cup fresh strawberries
(I also do the same recipe with brownies instead of the Nilla Wafers and then Mini Reese's Peanut Butter cups instead of the strawberries)

Directions: |
Directions:1. BEAT the cream cheese with a mixer until creamy. Beat in the milk and pudding mixes. Stir in 2 cups of Cool Whip. 2. Line the bottom of the trifle bowl with wafers or the cooked brownies, making sure to also stand the wafers around the wall as well. Then drizzle with 1/2 cup coffee (optional) 3. Over the wafers, put half the pudding mixture in, making sure it is an even layer and covering the top of the wafers on the sides. Sprinkle the grated chocolate chips, covering the pudding mixture. 4. Repeat all of the layers again 5. Top with remaining Cool Whip (or however much your heart desires) and add the strawberries or the Mini Reese's peanut butter cups (cut in half). You can also add some of the grated chocolate chips 6. Refrigerate 2 hours and keep refrigerated until ready to eat. Refrigerate leftovers.
