2 tsp instant coffee powder
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
8 tbsp room temperature margarine
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup flavoured yogurt (if you use plain yogurt then use 1 1/4cup sugar)

Directions:

Grease and flour loaf pan and line with paper; Preheat oven 350F

Dissolve coffee in 1 tsp hot water; set aside; Combine flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder;
Beat margarine and sugar and vanilla until fluffy (about 5 minutes); Add eggs beating after each one; Beat in flour mixture and yogurt alternately. Remove 1 cup batter and stir in coffee; Layer in loaf pan and swirl with spoon handle.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes util centre is done.
