4 T. Butter
3 T. Olive oil
3 Cloves garlic
1 (15oz) can diced tomatoes, drained
½ cup fresh parsley, or 1 T. Dried
¼ TSP dried oregano
1 TSP dried basil
½ TSP salt
16oz minced clams with liquid
1lb linguine
1 T. Lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter and olive oil in lab over medium high heat.

Add garlic and cook until golden. About 3 minutes

Add parsley, oregano, basil, tomatoes and salt to pan , mixing well

Add undrained clams

Being mixture to a boil

Cook pasta according to package and drain

Add lemon juice to sauce and cook for 1 minute

Toss pasta with sauce and serve warm.

Add grated Parmesan if desired

I remember eating this as a kid at the cottage. One of grandma's go to easy quick meal that always seemed so fancy. Serve with warm garlic rolls!
