2 cups white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
cocoa 1/2 cup scant
milk 1/2 cup
syrup 1/2 cup
2 tbsp butter or more if wanted richer
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil 5 minutes; sift in slowly 1/2 cup of flour and boil until soft ball stage; stir often as flour makes it scorch easily. Remove and let cool for few minutes. Add 1 tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup raisins washed and dried; a few nuts makes it nicer; Beat until stiffening, then add gradually 3 tbsp cream canned milk; Beat until thick; Pour into pan.
