1-8oz package Philadelphia Cream Cheese
4 cups sifted confectioners sugar
1/4 cup caramel syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Blend the cream cheese and syrup. Add the sugar gradually, blending it in well.

To make caramel syrup heat 1 cup granulated sugar in a frying pan over low heat, stirring constantly. Heat until melted to a golden brown syrup. Add 1/2 cup hot water and stir until smooth.
