12 eggs
1 cups sugar
1 cups margarine, melted
1 tbsp anise extract
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups flour
1 tbsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, gradually adding sugar. Blend in margarine, anise extract, lemon juice and vanilla extract. Sift flour and baking powder together. Gradually blend in to egg mixture. Cook in pizzelle maker according to manufacturer directions.
