1 cup bread crumbs
½ cup of milk
1 lb. ground beef
½ lb ground pork or turkey or chicken
½ lb Italian sausage, casings removed
1 small onion finely chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
salt, pepper
2 large eggs, beaten
½ cup grated Parmesan cheesse
¼ chopped parsley
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
home made marinara sauce or 32 oz. jar marinara sauce .
Marinara Sauce

olive oil
¼ Pancetta
1 large onion cut in dice
salt, pepper
4 garlic cloves chopped
1 ½ can stewed tomatoes

In a large saute pan with olive oil, add the onions, and add the salt pepper and cook foor about 5 to 7 minutes. Add the garlic, and saute for another 1 to 2 minutes.

In a small bowl, stir bread crumbs with milk until evenly combined. Let sit 15 minutes, or while you prep other ingredients.
In a large bowl, use your hands to combine beef, and the other meat, sausage ,onion, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper, the gently stir in bread crumb mixture, eggs, Parmesan, and parsley, Form mixture into 1" balls.

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. and cook the meatballs over medium heat until browned on all sides.
