1 (2 lb.) fryer
2 c. chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stick margarine
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken. Cut into bite size pieces. Place in casserole dish. Mix broth and undiluted soup together in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Pour mixture over chicken. Sprinkle pepper over this. In a bowl, mix flour, margarine, and buttermilk. Spoon over chicken. Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 8 to 10 people.
