2 whole Boneless Chicken Breasts, skinned, halved, and flattened
½ c Italian Progresso Bread Crumbs
1 c Tomato Sauce (may need more)
4 slices Provolone Cheese
Fresh Basil, sliced
2 tsp Parmesan, grated
2 tsp Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF.

In a flat dish, press bread crumbs into chicken on both sides. Place chicken in oven-proof oiled casserole dish.

Spread tomato sauce on breaded chicken. Sprinkle with basil and Parmesan, then top each with a slice of provolone.

Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and cooked through.
