8 slices Hickory-smoked Bacon, diced
2 cloves Garlic, minced
8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
¼ c Heavy Cream
4 oz Blue Cheese, crumbled
2 T Fresh Chives, chopped
2 T Almonds, chopped

Crackers, trimmed fresh veggies, or sliced baguette, for serving.

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

In nonstick skillet, cook bacon over medium-high heat about eight (8) minutes or until nearly crisp. Drain bacon and wipe skillet dry.

Return bacon to pan, add garlic, and cook over medium heat until bacon is crisp, about three (3) minutes. Make sure garlic doesn't burn. Drain on paper towels.

Using paddle attachment of electric mixer, beat cream cheese in bowl until smooth. Add cream; beat well to mix. Fold in bacon, garlic, blue cheese, and chives.

Transfer to a two (2) cup baking dish; top evenly with almonds. Bake about 30 minutes or until heated through. Serve with crackers, fresh veggies, or baguette slices.
