1 lb Mostaccioli
2 packages Frozen Spinach, thawed
⅓ c Pine Nuts
12 oz Feta
1 can Italian Stewed Tomatoes
8 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 cloves Garlic, minced
1 T Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté one (1) tablespoon butter, two (2) tablespoons olive oil, pine nuts, and garlic.

Add spinach and stewed tomatoes, heating thoroughly.

Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.

Add six (6) tablespoons of olive oil to pasta and toss. Add feta and the remaining ingredients tossing well.

Chill and serve.
