2 c Flour
1 c Oats
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
½ tsp Salt
1 c Butter, softened
1 c Brown Sugar, packed
1 c Sugar
1 Egg, beaten
1 tsp Vanilla
1 c Canned Pumpkin
1 c Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease cookie sheets.

Mix first five (5) ingredients.

In a mixer, cream butter and add all sugar a little at a time beating well until fluffy.

Add vanilla and mix. Add dry ingredients and pumpkin a little at a time beating well after each addition.

Add chocolate chips mixing in by hand.

Drop batter onto cookie sheets and bake at 350ºF for 20-25 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
