1 box Yellow Butter Cake Mix
½ c Oil
4 Eggs
1 c Sour Cream
1 small box Pistachio Instant Pudding
Powdered sugar for dusting cake when cooled

Directions:

Grease and flour Bundt cake pan or angel food cake pan.

Mix first five (5) ingredients for five (5) minutes on medium speed. The mixture will be very thick.

In greased and floured pan, layer from bottom to top as follows:

½ Batter
½ Filling (see below)
Remaining batter
Remaining filling

Place cake in a COLD oven at 350ºF. Bake 50-60 minutes until tester comes out clean.

Cool slightly on rack and invert onto plate. When cooled completely, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

1/2 c Chopped Nuts (pecans, walnuts, or mixed)
