4 thick pork loin chops
3 c. soft bread crumbs
2 T. chopped onions
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. water
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 can water
Directions:
Directions:
Brown chops on both sides; place in casserole. Mix together bread, onion, butter, water and poultry seasoning. Place mounds of dressing on chops. Pour cream of mushroom soup diluted with 1/3 can of water over chops. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
