Grandma's Peach Cookies Recipe

4 Eggs
1 c Sugar
1 c Oil
4 c Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 box Jello (red or peach)

Small amount of wine to brush on cookie for Jello to stick.
Whipped white icing, or any cream filling.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and cool in refrigerator for three (3) hours.

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Roll cooled dough into balls the size of a walnut, and place on greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350ºF for 15-18 minutes. Move to rack and let cool.

Scoop out centers of cookies, fill with white icing or any cream filling. Put halves together.

Brush with wine and roll in jello to obtain the coloring of a peach.
