¼ c Brown Sugar, packed
2 T Dry Mustard
2 tsp Paprika
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
Any BBQ sauce that you like

Full rack of beef or pork ribs. (Your preference.)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine above seasonings and rub on ribs, front and back.

Leave out at room temperature for 45 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Bake at 350ºF for 1 to 1½ hours, brushing the BBQ sauce on the top only during the last 15-20 minutes.

(If ribs are browning too much, cover with tin foil.)
