2 medium onions (sliced and separated in to rings)
2 T butter
1 pkg Au Jus gravy mix
3 c water
4 slices french bread
4 slices Swiss cheese
Soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, sauté onions in butter until golden. Combine gravy mix & water, add to onions. Boil, cover & simmer for 15 minutes. Toast or broil bread until lightly toasted, then butter. Pour soup in to 4 bowls. Top with bread and cheese. Broil until cheese melts.
