5 eggs
2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 lb roast beef
Beef broth
Beef bouillon
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Bring beef broth to boil, add 3 bouillon cubes. Place 5 eggs in a separate bowl and add salt. Mix in 2 c flour. Knead. Roll flat and pour flour on top. Roll into a burrito and use and electric knife to slice into desired width of noodles. Mix into beef broth and let boil until desired noodle firmness. You can replace with chicken.
