2 T (heaping) sugar
1 T (flat) cocoa
Milk
Crushed ice

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together sugar and cocoa. Pour in a little hot water to dissolve the ingredients (about 1 tsp). Once mixed add crushed ice to the top of the glass. Add milk and stir.

Can also make hot chocolate using the same ingredients just heat on stove.

Grandma Francis always served the hot chocolate with a slice of bread. Dip it in to the hot chocolate and enjoy!
