CRUST
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter

FILLING
2 cups coarsely chopped pecans
1 cup flaked coconut
1 can (300ml) condensed milk

TOPPING
1- 227g package caramels
2 Tbsp milk or light cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

CRUST
1. Combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Press firmly into greased 13 X 9 inch pan
2. Bake at 350ºF for 12-15 min's or until lightly golden

FILLING
1. Sprinkle pecans and coconut over crust. Pour condensed milk evenly on top
2. Bake 25-30 min's or until filling is set. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 min's

TOPPING
1. Heat caramels and cream in saucepan on low heat. Stirring often until melted
2. Drizzle over filling. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Cool completely. Cut into bars

TIP
Replace semi-sweet chocolate chips with white or milk chocolate chips
