32 oz hash browns, frozen
1 (2 cups) pint sour cream
1 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350

Mix hash browns, sour cream, soup and cheese. Put into greased baking dish, cover with foil Bake for 1 hour.
If desired, put on cracker crumb and butter topping, bake 10 more minutes.
