4 cups flour
tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1 lb (15 oz) whole candied cherries
1 lb (15 oz) candied pineapple
1 lb box golden or regular raisins
6 unbeaten eggs
6 tsp vanilla extract
1 lbs pecan halves

Preheat oven to 275

Stir together in large bowl: flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the fruit until well coated. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Combine Mixtures. Add pecans. Turn into tube pan lined with foil. Bake 2-3 hours - top will start to split. Usually 2 hours is plenty
