Gluten Free Chili Recipe

2 lb chicken
3 cans beans
2 (8 oz) cans green chilis
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp coarse salt
1 cup milk
2 cups chicken broth
cup cornstarch

Place chicken, beans, chilis, onion, garlic, milk, cumin, chili powder, salt and broth into crockpot.

Cook on high for 5-6 hours. Shred chicken

Put cornstarch and cup water in bowl, whisk to lump free to thicken chili

Cook an additional 30 minutes
