2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, tenderized
1 can of artichokes (14 oz.), quartered and drained
1 can of diced tomatoes (14.5 oz), undrained
juice of 1 lemon
cup dry white wine
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
cup butter
1 Tb. cornstarch
1 pkg. spinach
1 pkg. angel hair pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Tenderize chicken. (Place chicken on cutting board, cover with plastic wrap and use mallet meat tenderizer to pound out the chicken.) Place all ingredients except cornstarch in crockpot. Cover on low setting 4-6 hours, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve over bed of sauteed spinach and/or angel hair pasta.
