16 oz can of refried beans
1 onion
1 green pepper
2 boneless chicken breasts
salsa
4 oz green chilies
olives
1 package of cheddar cheese
1 package of monterey jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the chicken until tender, cool slightly and then shred with a fork. Saute with green peppers, onions adding some salt and pepper. In a casserole dish spread refried beans and then layer: chicken, pepper & onion mix, salsa, green chilies, cheeses, olives. Repeat.

Cook at 325 for 20 to 30 minutes.
