Two 8 oz cream cheese packs
10 oz of sharp cheddar cheese spread
5 oz blue cheese spread
3 tbsp wine vinegar
dash of garlic powder
1 cup of chopped pecans or parsley

Directions:
Directions:

Soften all cheese to room temperature. Combine with all ingredients except for nuts/ parsley. Blend until smooth and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Shape into 1 large ball, 2 medium, or 4 small balls and roll in chopped nuts/ parsley. Freeze if desired.
