1 turkey
salt
poultry seasoning
celery and onion, cut up
stick butter
Crisco

Directions:
Directions:
Wash turkey and take innards out. Dry outside of turkey. Salt inside of turkey. Rub outside with poultry seasoning. Put celery and onion with butter in cavity. Crisco inside brown paper bag. Put turkey in cavity-side (breast) up. Fold up end of bag and staple securely. Cook at 325. 30 minutes before done, take out and cut top of bag open - baste during this time.

12-14 lbs. 3-4 hours
14-18 lbs. 4- 4 hours
18-20 lbs. 4-4 hours
20-24 lbs. 4-5 hours
