Spaghetti Sauce/Lasagna Recipe

1 lb. ground beef
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tb. - cup chopped parsley
1 tsp. oregano or sage
tsp. chili powder
tsp. hot sauce
1-2 sliced onions
1-2 Tb. soy sauce
2 bay leaves
1 Tb. oil
1 Tb. worcestershire sauce
2 1lb. cans tomatoes(4 cups)
1 1lb. can tomato sauce(2 cups)
1 tsp. salt
tsp. thyme
1-2 cups water

Lasagna noodles
24 oz. cottage cheese
2 eggs
cup parsley
cup parmesan cheese
tsp. garlic salt
tsp. pepper
16 oz. mozarella cheese

Spaghetti Sauce:
Cook onion in oil until golden brown. Add meat and garlic. Brown lightly. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer uncovered 2-2 hours until thick. Remove bay leaves.

Sauce in bottom; noodles; cottage cheese with eggs, parsley, parmesan cheese, garlic salt, pepper; mozarella. Sauce on top, parmesan on top. Cook 45 minutes at 350.
