1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup oil
2 cups matzo meal
2 T. sugar
4 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water and oil together. Pour hot mixture into matzo meal. Add sugar and salt. Let stand until cool.
Pour beaten eggs over mixture, mix well and let stand about 15 minutes. Make round balls and bake on parchment paper lined sheet at 350º until light brown, about 30-35 minutes.
