1 Tbsp. minced onion flakes
2 Tbsp. minced fresh garlic

2 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Place roast in slow cooker and mix remaining ingredients, pour over roast, and cook for 8-12 hours on low or 4.5 on high.

For Instant Pot, place roast in pot, add mixture on top as with slow cooker, seal instant pot and on manual, choose 30 minutes and make sure pressure valve is closed. Let steam release naturally for 20 minutes after cooking, slice and serve.

Personal Notes:
This roast is fool of perfect flavor and tenderness. Great served on sandwiches, over mashed potatoes, or a long side green beans for a healthy staple.
