8 c potatoes
1/4 c grated onions
12 beaten eggs
1/2 c flour
2 Tbsp. Salt
2 c. oil for frying

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together except for the oil. Heat a skillet (cast iron works best). For patties with the mixture and place in skillet. Fry until golden then flip. When completely golden brown, place the latke on a brown paper bag to drain. Serve immediately.
